About Us

Jered brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the industrial and construction trades. He began his career in the pipeline industry, working his way up from helper to welder, crew lead, and eventually foreman, gaining extensive field and leadership experience along the way.

Throughout his career, Jered has also owned and operated local businesses specializing in the construction of metal buildings, structural framing, sheet metal fabrication, and fencing. His diverse background in fabrication and construction has given him a deep understanding of both structural integrity and practical jobsite solutions.

In recent years, Jered expanded his expertise in the boiler service industry, serving as a mechanic, Boiler Code–qualified welder, boiler technician, superintendent, and service supervisor. Prior to launching B&C Industries in June 2024, he also worked as a pipefitter on major new-construction projects for chemical plants, further strengthening his experience with complex industrial systems.

With decades of field knowledge, leadership experience, and technical expertise, Jered co-founded B&C Industries to deliver dependable, high-quality industrial services built on craftsmanship, safety, and integrity.

Trevor Brown brings more than 12 years of experience in welding, fabrication, pipefitting, and quality control within the industrial sector. He began his career working in local fabrication shops before further advancing his technical training at the Missouri Welding Institute in 2016.

Trevor gained early experience as a production welder building heavy mining equipment, developing a strong foundation in precision welding and large-scale fabrication. He later transitioned into the boiler service industry, working alongside Jered as a mechanic, Boiler Code–qualified welder, and boiler technician, where he developed specialized skills in boiler repair, maintenance, and code-compliant welding.

Trevor also served as the Maintenance Supervisor for a major corporate branch in Amarillo, overseeing facility maintenance operations and managing technical teams. In 2023, he earned his Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential, expanding his expertise into welding inspection and quality assurance. Prior to co-founding B&C Industries in June 2024, Trevor worked as a Quality Control Inspector on new construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with welding codes and industry standards.
